transmedia storytelling: introducing “the book of the year” (lithuania, 2013) and it’s formats
DESCRIPTION
An amazing Steampunk book was transformed into several transmedia stories: the same story was told in an audiobook, a comics, an interactive book, an animation and a Hawler game - a video game you control with your voice. Other formats are to follow. The Book received the award of "The book of the year", 2014 (in Lithuania). The author is asked to present these multi-dimentional story telling modes in technology driven as well as art oriented conferences and expos. This presentation was build based on the need to present all these formats in a unified manner. It was a pleasure to work with such creative, yet in so many ways different, teams!
