In an LMS you can find:

• Tests/Assessments : Usually a post-test to check the knowledge after an instructor led course or e-learning course. Tests are created by the

customers. Tests can also be a pre-test to check prior knowledge on a subject.

• e-Learning courses : Self study courses. Some courses track the users status (where he is in the course, if he is completed) and some don´t,

depending on how they were developed. Elearning courses may be built in a tree-like structure with different modules.

• Instructor led courses : Set up by customers. The system supports student registration, wailtlists, moving students, adding scores,

attendance, certificate creation, invoicing information, email generation, etc.

• Training Paths : Different training activities put together as a curriculum for a job role or area. A student must take all of the courses in a

training path for the training path to be considered complete.

• Evaluations : Evaluation form for an instructor led course, the instructor, the material, etc.

• Media courses : A media course is a self study course on CD, and can be ordered.
