EMS tube division provides made-to-measure tube cutting and machining service.

This division was founded in 1985 as a metallurgical products warehouse and specialized in the tube mar-ket. In 1998, this division purchased the first tube cut-ting machines and two years later moved to the pre-sent facilities, giving a new aspect to its main activity and incorporating laser cutting to its services.

At present, four laser cutting and mechanizing machi-nes allow the company to cut from 10mm to 225mm tubes and up to 12 meters long.

Up to 500mm can be cut and mechanized by working with conventional cutting lines. This division is a pioneer and leader in its field thanks to its high production capacity and its diversity of production systems.

Facilities Tube division cuts and mechanize all kind of tubes and profiles. Its 8000 m2 facilities are located at Martorelles, 15 km away from Barcelona, well communicated at only 2 km from the motorway exit. The factory has 4500m2, and 4500 m2 of warehouse and other complementary facilities.
