How to Have Siri to Read e-mail Messages (iPhone iOS 9) As long as Siri is enabled, you can have her read e-mails to you (text messages as well). If “Hey Siri” is enabled, you will only have to say “Hey Siri” instead of holding the Home button down. Turn “Speak Selection” on:
1. Tap “Settings”. 2. Tap “General”. 3. Tap “Siri”.
