WHAT IS CAN SPAM?A US law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have you stop emailing them, and spells out tough penalties for violations. Since online media have a global nature, CAN SPAM is being used as benchmark for email marketing rules.

SPAM FOLDER / JUNK MAILEvery organization has its own policy regarding how to treat incoming email. The majority have Spam filtering that will automatically move incoming emails that is being suspected as spam/junk.

There are no exact rules on how to avoid this, but basically it relies on trust score that comes from several factors:
