Unique Building Maintenance Services was started in 1997. In both 2003 & 2010, Unique was certified by the Port of Authority of
NY/NJ as a WBE & SBE.

Cleaning contracts are based on the following: Frequency of services. Types of service required by client. Number of hours need to complete the services. Square footage of the space. What is in the space, bathrooms, kitchen, type of
flooring.

During the flu epidemic season, Unique adheres to special procedures put in place to disinfect as well as clean areas.
Unique uses a special disinfectant recommended by our suppliers and clients.
Upon clients request to disinfect their entire office areas; Unique disinfects the areas and provides touch-point cleaning services.– Touch-point cleaning includes: door handles, light switches, elevator
buttons, and restroom fixtures as well as other common areas such as; conference rooms, cafeterias, break areas, copy rooms, and reception areas.

Services: FLOOR MAINTENANCE – spray buff, refinish. CARPET MAINTENANCE – spot clean, shampoo. STONE RESTORATION - hone, polish and crystallize. STEAM CLEANING – graffiti removal and protective coating. CONSTRUCTION CLEAN UPS – pre and post – building, apartments. WINDOW CLEANING – interior and exterior and glass partitions. SUPPLIES - paper products, chemicals, odor control & machinery. DAY MATRON, PORTER AND SUPERINTENDENTS. WOOD CARE – polishing of furniture and refinishing of wood floors.
