The Vietnamese peace could not be agreed when North Vietnam refused to sign the settlement. The results of this occur was the American’s bombing in North Vietnam's. Finally North Vietnam agreed to resume negotiations.

PARIS PEACE ACCORD

In 1973 the United States, South Vietnam, North Vietnam, and the Vietcong signed the PARIS PEACE ACCORD.

What was in the Paris Peace Accords ??!!The Paris Peace Accords ending the conflict were signed January 27,

1973, and were followed by the withdrawal of the remaining American troops. The terms of the accords called for a complete ceasefire in South Vietnam, allowed North Vietnamese forces to retain the territory they had captured, released US prisoners of war, and called for both sides to find a political solution to the conflict. Nixon offered US airpower to enforce the peace terms. The national liberation front would be a valid political party in South Vietnam, the noncommunist South Vietnam will remain in power pending a political settlement. There was more than 550 POWs many of them were pilots that has been shot during the war.

After signing the Paris peace accords !!

The US forces went out of South Vietnam, South Vietnam stood alone.The north and South Vietnam did not honor the cease fire or worked toward a diplomatic settlement of their differences. In 1975 North Vietnam launched an assaultive against South Vietnam. The communist had taken Saigon in the end of April. Vietnam was united under one flag.
