Using a multimeter check the12v DC motor power voltage on the power board A1 : test point TP3 and TP4 . On the board A1 with the trimmer R 39 speed 1- R40 speed 2 adjustment the motor power voltage until you reach 15 seconds ( speed 1 > 3V speed 2 ) If after the situation not be restored check the motor type 404603
