Vitafoam has been producing mattresses that support everything you do in bed for over forty five years. We have been the leading provider of mattresses to the hotel industry for many of those years.

Over the years, the hotel industry in East Africa has grown tremendously, and now includes some of the most luxurious hotels in the world.

Viscoelastic Memory Foam was first developed by NASA as a seating material

for astronauts to reduce the impact of the g-forces at the time of takeoff and

cushion them during their long journeys into space and back again.

Vitafoam has used this innovation to create a foam mattress with a series of

layer combinations to mould and support the weight of each individual body

like no other mattress out there. It is also hypoallergenic offering protection

against dust mites and bacteria.

Unlike regular mattresses, Memory Foam deflects motion. If one partner

moves on the bed, the movement is not transferred to the other partner. What

makes our Memory Foam even more special is that it reacts to your body

temperature, dramatically working to minimize pressure points that can

interrupt your nights rest.

The most commonly used springing system in the world.

Bonnell Spring are hourglass shaped and the ends of the wire are knotted around the

top and bottom, all the individual springs are then tied together using spring wire and

the completed structure is reinforced with a strong border wire to give the mattress a

firm edge and help retain its shape.

The springs run from head to toe ensuring body weight is evenly distributed over the

whole mattress.

Foam encased technology – heavy duty foam is used to reinforce the edges to provide

maximum sleeping surface from edge to edge without collapsing.

of springs at the vital center third of the mattress i.e. spine area,

MAHON

This revolutionary mattress is made from uniquely layered high resilient foam cores. Its open cell structure and fully ventilated design allows your mattress to breathe so you will sleep cooler.

It is sectioned into 7 zones for optimal support and perfect pressure release.

Weight is evenly distributed by conforming to your body’s unique shape and spreads the weight over the entire surface of the mattress.

The top core (Blue) is made from Viscoool ® Memory Foam, the latest generation of high quality viscoelastic polyurethane foam that adapts and thermo regulates the body, by absorbing excessive warmth from the body. It will mould itself to the exact shape of your body and cradles it in order to relieve pressure and ensure deep restful sleep.

The inner core (Maroon) is moulded and features unique ergonomically designed extrusions. It is also in waves to help adjust to your body shape.

The bottom core (Purple) has a firmness level of 4.00kPa providing overall support to the Mahon Mattress.

Made from uniquely layered high resilient foam cores, the Brugge mattress has open cell light structures that guarantee perfect airflow, evaporation of any dampness and elasticity.

It is durable and can take heavy use whilst still maintaining its shape over a long period of time.

Custom grooves and hole structures in the middle section of the mattress allow for ventilation and provide different levels of superior body contour support for the shoulder, lumbar and hip regions.

Seven comfort zones give very precise support and relieves pressure on shoulder and hips.

The top core (Yellow) with a firmness level of 2.70kPa (Medium Firm) embraces your body smoothly.

As the leading foam producers, we pride ourselves in the high quality of our mattresses. Our mattress protectors have been designed to protect and extend the life of your mattress. While the surface of the mattress can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner and odours removed through airing, it is impossible to completely disinfect your entire mattress. The Vita Mattress Protector is an economical solution to mattress protection. It is designed to block all liquids, dust, mould and bacteria from getting to your mattress. The top layer of the cover is made from 100% cotton and is backed by an impermeable plastic layer made with “Miracle Membrane ®. With Total Heat Transference Formula, this makes whatever is being protected waterproof, stain proof and air vapour porous whilst remaining cool an comfortable to sleep on. The fitted sheet style is easy to remove, reuse, and can be washed along with all other bed linens ensuring a sleep surface as clean as freshly laundered bed linen.

MICRO FIBRE Micro fibre is the very latest in fibre filling and is closest in feel to natural down as it is extremely light weight and is wonderfully soft.

Out luxury microfiber pillow will give you the support you need as you sleep keeping you free from aches and pains.

The small clusters of micro-fibres achieve an even distribution creating a plump finish and good recovery. It is machine washable up to 60°C without losing its shape, loft or comfort, it is also hypoallergenic.

BALL FIBRE Filled with down-like light and fluffy polyester fibre clusters, this pillow has more loft and greater recovery, staying puffier for longer. With its super soft feel, it is perfect for back and tummy or side sleepers who prefer a down-like pillow. It is hypoallergenic and machine washable.

SILICONISED HOLLOW FIBRE Made of siliconised hollow fibre which prevents them from sticking together and thus do not form clumps by adhering together and flattening. Carefully produced to provide maximum comfort, this pillow is soft to the touch, incredibly durable and can also be washed at a higher temperature than standard polyester fibres. Since the fibres are siliconised, this pillow has the ability to be vacuum packed which reduces storage space. It is hypoallergenic, plum and supportive as well as flexible and therefore is easy to puff up, shake and reshape.
