Member
Keith Wilson is a founding member of VKW Construction, L.L.C. and the President of Palisade Construction, Inc. He is responsible for marketing, estimating and pre-construction coordination. His experience working in both the public and private sectors of the construction industry has established a strong background in the management of all types of construction. Mr. Wilson has worked in Arizona, California, Texas, Washington, Nevada and Hawaii over the past 30 years in both the general contractor and subcontractor capacity in the residential and commercial sectors of the industry. This experience has provided him the challenging opportunity of becoming knowledgeable in all aspects of project construction and has allowed him to develop a solid decision making ability and management style. His reputation for being able to successfully manage multiple large projects is well earned. Mr. Wilson held a four-year position as Project Manager at D. L. Withers Construction, Inc., a large general contractor in Phoenix, Arizona. In that position, he managed several multi-million dollar projects simultaneously and worked on projects including Sky Harbor International Airport - Terminal 3 and Terminal 4, Wells Fargo Operations Center, First Interstate Bank Corporate Tower, First Interstate Bank Distribution Center, Biltmore Fashion Park, Saks Fifth Avenue, British Airways and Canyon Ridge Apartments. Prior to his commercial general contracting experience, Mr. Wilson served as General Manager for Yost Enterprises, Inc., in Maui, Hawaii. As GM for this subcontracting company which provided concrete, framing, drywall, gypsum, insulation and engineered fill, he was responsible for the management of several branch offices throughout Hawaii. His duties also included project management of residential and commercial projects in Hawaii including Southpoint multi-family housing, Hanapepe Water Treatment Facility, Princeville Roadway Project, Princeville Golf Clubhouse, Mililani Power Center, Manele Bay Resort Hotel and Kaneole Military Base. He began his career with General Homes Construction in Phoenix, Arizona where he quickly achieved the position of Vice President of Construction. Mr. Wilson was responsible for the construction management of over 1200 units in such residential subdivisions as Lakewood, Stonecreek, Bordeaux, Las Colinas and Scottsdale North. Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona.

Member
Troy L. Witherwax is a founding Member of VKW Construction, L.L.C. and the Vice President of Palisade Construction, Inc. He is responsible for establishing goals, developing policies and procedures, and directing the operations and growth of the company, while maintaining its high standards of quality and professionalism. Mr. Witherwax has more than 30 years of construction experience working in various parts of the southwestern United States and Hawaii. He has gained extensive experience during the construction of large commercial and residential projects including resort hotels, office buildings and housing projects. His “hands on” involvement begins in the design phase and continues through estimating, project management and contract completion. In addition to his construction experience, Mr. Witherwax served as Construction Manager for an $80,000,000 Shopping Center renovation. His responsibilities included monitoring all construction of the project along with managing all general contractors working on the project which included mediating issues between all parties. Mr. Witherwax was the President of a $20 million dollar annual operation in Hawaii for six years. He was the sole principle of Devcor Enterprises, Inc., a commercial contracting company specializing in multi family and high-end office building construction including the Maui High Performance Computing Center, home of the second largest computer installation in the United States. For five years, Mr. Witherwax was executive Vice President and stockholder in Devcon Enterprises, Inc., an Arizona construction firm. In that capacity, his responsibilities ranged from preliminary design coordination through project completion. He was involved in all daily construction and administrative operations as well as various management responsibilities. He began his career with the Weitz Company in Des Moines, Iowa and was promoted to the Phoenix, Arizona office in 1984 as a project engineer. In that capacity, he was involved in numerous multi-million dollar projects in the southwestern United States including the Westcourt in the Buttes Destination Resort which included a 300 room Hotel, 270,000 SF Conference facility, and the Top of the Rock Restaurant. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Mr. Witherwax holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering.
