1. WHAT --and WHY - - i s motion, and how does i t come into being?

2 , Why i s i t that the octave-waves of the e l emen t s of m a t t e r , o r of the

color s p e c t r u m octave-waves of light, consis t of eight vibrating tones of

wave mot ion which a r e enclosed within t h ree z e r o s of r e s t where motion

ceases ? T h i s formula i s un iversa l in a l l octave -waves. The octaves of the

In this connection you will r eca l l the quotation f rom God's Message of The

Divine Iliad which says: " F o r behold I a m within a l l things, centering them,

and I a m without a l l things, controlling them ' I .

4, Why i s i t that every effect of motion s t a r t s a t zero , seeks a point of

z e r o to r e s t , and re turns to z e r o to again r e s t before i t can repeat i t s act ion-

reac t ion? This i s equally t rue of every action-reaction, great and smal l ,

whether i t be the act ion-react ion pulsation of breathing - -of throwing a bal l in

the a i r - -of moving one 's finger - -o r of a dynamite explosion.

5, Why i s i t that no one h a s yet observed, or recorded the fact that

action and reaction a r e simultaneously recorded and sequentially repeated in

r e v e r s e ? This i s a fundamental principle of Natural Law, yet up to -this day -

the sequential~repet i t ion i s a l l that i s accounted for in the law of conservation

of energy, and even the fact of r e v e r s a l i s omitted f rom that law,, See F i g -

Any action whatsoever divides an equilibrium into the two opposite con-

ditions simultaneously. Compress ion piles up in the direction of motion and

expansion takes place behind i t .

Witness, for example,, the motion of an airplane which curves the p r e s -

s u r e of compression ahead of i t and the opposite evacuating p ressu re behind

i t . An equator i s se t up between the two which i s exactly analagous to the

equator of a bar magnet,

un ive r se of a l l CAUSE and a l l E F F E C T w a s extended.

In a f l ash i t w a s a l l m i n e t o know, a s o t h e r s i n pas t h i s t o ry have been m a d e

t o know in one ins tan taneous f l a s h . But I w a s not permi t ted t o be jus t that f ~ l -

F o r days I f e l t the m o v e m e n t s of ocean beds where mighty a d j ~ ~ s t m e n t s

a r e taking place to keep the p lane t in ba lance espec ia l ly in the Pac i f ic whe re

mighty changes will t ake p l ace some day not too f a r away i n t i m e , I strongly

fe l t the nea rnes s of J a p a n ' s plunge into deep s e a s . It took s e v e r a l days of effort

to obli terate th i s sensing which I made g r e a t e f f o r t to do because such things

were not a p a r t of m y p u r p o s e , nor of m y commanding .

When, however , t h i s extended sensing r e a c h e d into the heavens I held to

them and rapidly m a d e d i a g r a m s of the m a n y th ings which m u s t be wr i t t en down

and charted f o r man!:s new knowing.

At one t ime I cha r t ed the whole so l a r s y s t e m and a l l of the balanced r e l a -

t ions of each planet t o e a c h other , and to i t s c e n t r a l sun. Be fo re that 1921

experience I knew p rac t i ca l l y nothing about a s t r o n o m y ,

The drawing I then m a d e was upon t i s s u e p a p e r . I kept past ing new s e c -

tions to i t a s I found I had not sufficient s p a c e f o r the orb i t s of ou t e r planets

and their re la t ive pos i t i o r~s with each o the r . Although I have los t t h i s drawing

I have the evidence of the accu racy of the i n t e rp l ane t a ry posi t ions and r e l a -

t ions thus cha r t ed , because I employed an a s t r o n o m e r to mathemat ica l ly check

my drawings and give m e the resul t of h i s f ind ings . I sha l l p r e s e r v e these

answers f o r pos te r i ty and hope, some day, t o a l s o find the drawing which i s ,

perhaps, i n some forgot ten portfolio,
