PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT STUDY
A weekly study, Precepts will resume on Thursday, September 17, 9:15-11:30am in
FH #2. Study will be “Exodus—Let My People Go”. Please see Fae Bradley for a
study book or if you have questions.
WOMEN’S WED. AM BIBLE STUDY
This weekly Bible study will resume on
Sept. 16, 9:30am at Kathy Nyland’s home. The study will be based on “The Power
of a Women’s Words” by Sharon Jaynes. Books are available from Kathy.
HILLSIDE CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL 2015/2016 BEGINS SEPTEMBER 14
Pray for our preschool which begins on Monday, 9/14, for a smooth first week, for the
Director, Teachers, Students, and Parents.

JESUS RANGERS CAMP, 10am Sunday
New name, new look, same location. Start-
ing next Sunday, September 20th with the
Happy Campers series for our kids from
early childhood through 5th grade. We have
available a few teaching positions for pre-
school, kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd
grades. You can volunteer for once a month
or more. Let’s support our Children's Minis-
try and be the hands and feet of Jesus. To
sign up to be a teacher, please mark on your
Connection Card and either Heather
Lundberg, or Dawn Zook, our Children’s
Ministries Director, will get in touch with
you.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY LUNCHEON
The ladies could really use some help with
setting up and taking down of tables for
their luncheon on Saturday, Sept. 9th starting
at 11:30. If you could help with set-up or

TWO SERVICES BEGIN SEPT. 20
On Sunday, September 20, our traditional
worship service will resume at 8:15am and
contemporary worship service will resume at
10:00am. Adult “Walk Thru the Bible” will
meet at the Big House at 9:30am and Adult
“Practical Christianity” will meet in Pastor
Vic’s Office at 9:30am.
Nursery and Kid’s Zone are offered at the
10am service only.
LEGACY DINNERS RESUME SEPT. 30
Our family legacy dinners will kick off on
Wednesday, September 30 with a new be-
ginning time of 5:00 until 5:45pm. Follow-
ing at 6 until 7:30pm, children’s ministry
headed by Dawn Zook will offer an AWANA
CLUB program for 3 age groups: preschool,
K through grade 2, grade 3 through 6. A
Nursery will also be provided for this time.
AWANA CLUB COMING TO MFMC
Our new Wednesday night AWANA CLUB,
starting Wednesday, September 30th at
6pm, has several opportunities to volunteer.
We need: Large Group Leader (Bible Teach-
er), Director Leader, Small Group Listeners,
Song Leader, Game Director, Secretary and
Student Leaders (middle school/high
school student). Please mark on your Con-
nection Card if you would like to help.
PRAYER GROUP
Starting on Friday, Sept. 18 at 11am - 12pm,
and continuing each Friday, there will be
prayer meetings in the sanctuary. Please
come and spend time praying (interceding)
for those on our Prayer E-News, our church,
our country, whatever God lays on your
heart. Romans 8:34 says: “Who then is the
one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus
who died—more than that, who was raised
to life—is at the right hand of God and is also
interceding for us.” If you have any ques-
