WELCOME TO THE GOLF NETWORK

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cardholders are entitled to 10 rounds per year at each participating club. Rounds will be free of charge on weekdays and charged at members guest rates on Bank Holidays and weekends*.

2. Each club has the right to restrict bookings at busy times.

3. Cardholders are entitled to introduce 3 guests at the visiting clubs Members Guest Rate.

4. Bookings of more than 4 persons at any time are not permitted. Consecutive bookings are also not being permitted, this includes the booking of Network Rounds in conjunction with Green Fees. Bookings of more than 4 persons in any format is deemed to be a society booking and must be booked in accordance with the reciprocal club’s policy. Society bookings are not permitted under the rules of the Golf Network.

5. Cardholders must contact the reciprocal club at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a tee time and in accordance with the host clubs booking conditions. Quote The Golf Network when booking.

6. Cardholders must produce their membership card on checking in with the host club and be prepared to give their PIN number on request.

7. It is in the interest of all network clubs that visiting members are encouraged to use the host club facilities, that visiting members and their guests obey they host club’s rules and byelaws and show the same respect to host clubs as they would their own.

8. Membership cards are valid for one year only, after which time they must be returned to the Secretary Manager and a new one issued if required.

9. Cards must be returned to the club immediately upon resignation of your membership.

10.Membership cards are non transferable.
