Scott Storick

WHAT GO ON VACATION?

Have you ever felt the need to escape the interior walls of your cubicle to a place where the beach and the sun is just mere steps away from your desk? Have you ever daydreamed of escaping the cold frigid winters and only to find yourself living in paradise? If so, take a look into Boca Raton.

BOCA RATON, FL

In Boca, the city has much to offer. It doesn’t matter where you are looking for. It could be the warm and welcoming beaches, the exotic wildlife, the ethnically diverse and mouthwatering cuisine, or the entertaining nightlife; you will find everything you need when you get here.

BOCA RATON, FL

Boca Raton is the southernmost city in Palm Beach County, Florida. It is known for its affluent and educated social community and is commonly know as the “Beverly Hills of South Florida.” With such resources, Boca Raton has much to offer for people both living and visiting.

WHY VISIT?

As previously stated, Boca Raton, FL has much to offer. In this presentation we will be visiting four main topics:

City Life

Outdoor Living

Food

Exotic Nightlife

The city life in Boca Raton is home to many independent businesses, exotic fine dining, and of course window-shopping retail stories. What makes this city so great is the small-town vibe that Boca Raton exudes to. Much of that can be attributed to Boca’s strict city ordinance that limits the of commercial buildings, signs, and advertisements that can be obtrusive to their residence.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Boca Raton has beaches along its eastern shore, most notably by the Red Reef Park and South Inlet. There you can find many residents and visitors relaxing in the sun, snorkeling, fishing, boating, and overall enjoying life.

If you are looking for other things to do besides the beach, Boca is home to Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, an Environmental Education Center. It is a great way to take your family and enjoy a nice lovely Sunday.

You can also visit various sea tanks, walk through various boardwalk trails, golf at the infamous Deer Creek Golf club, visit the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, and explore the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Center.

FOOD

For foodies and food havens alike, Boca Raton is home to one of the most diverse restaurants in the world. Its warm and inviting ambience beckons diners to consider a plethora of choices. Whether you are in the mood for Italian, Spanish, Central or South American, Caribbean, or even bar food, Boca provides it all. Some of my favorites to check out are Max’s Harvest, Cut 432 A Modern Steakhouse, and Cabana!

EXOTIC NIGHTLIFE

Boca Raton’s nightlife offers a diverse variety of activities of bars, clubs, and concerts for anyone any age. If you are looking for a gastro pub-like bar with live music and great atmosphere, check out Yard House, Dubliner Irish Pub, or Duck Tavern. They are three incredible places that will provide you the setting for an enjoyable night. If you are looking for something more outgoing, you can never go wrong with Blue Martini.
