VL Usage Rights customers with the following VL agreements can upgrade qualified devices using VL bits

and activation keys. This allows them to skip the upgrade step using Windows Update or the media creation

tool. However, this process does not create a Windows 10 Pro license for these devices.

There are two changes coming to GGWA for Windows 10:

1. Annual adjustment of non-USD pricing to reflect changes in local market conditions.

2. GGWA-SMO and GGWA-A SKUs will be available worldwide via the Open program.
