1. I who reigns 011 high, even Jesus Christ,the God of Creation over this earth, who dwellsin the heavens, having all power over all nationspeoples, speaketh to the NATO Nations:2. Yea, thus saith the Lord: You havetransgressed greatly against my word, and I shallnow bring udgment upon thee, for you are not asyou have professed -- a defensive organization-- but you have become an aggressive, violentorganization against other nations who have notattacked any of thee.3. Therefore, thus saith the Lord: I shallcause you to have all power clipped, and youfall short of your intentions of present doing,thinking you will a people in Libya or othernations where you have your military mightthus in an aggressive attacking nature.4. Thus saith the Lord: You have heededme not; therefore, this organization shall beweakened until that nation of greater powercomes forth and sweeps across your 111Europe as a conquering nation,heeded me not.5. You shall be weakened, broken up, and

become tributary nations to another pmver.6. And thus saith the Lord: Youcleansed by other judgments until youyour God, have spoken.7. And you shall know that in the day I clippower of that mighty nation who conquers

thee, then is the time my land of Zion shallbe completely cleansed, as a whirlwind ofjudgments, sweeping that nation great powerthat now inhabits my land of Zion from of f theearth her transgressions against my Churchand Kingdom, against my Zion.8. And then is the time, as New Jerusalem

is built up and my Zion as the governingpower on the earth, that you shall bebondage, from that greater nation and powerthat shall conquer thee to make your nationstributary nations.9. And as you allow my message ofsalvationto come into your borders, and I drive backthat conquering nation over thus saith theLord, you shall know that I have done this work,telling thee beforehand of events.

My time is nigh at hand of my gloriousappearing, but first must come the cleansing ofthe more wicked of every nation from of f thepreserving the more11. Because you heed me not and haveaggressive nations, no longer of away only, as you have professed, you

37. This shall be acknowledged by allpeople when they see my power at my gloriousappearIng.38. And as I humble any nation that allowsthese corrupt practices, yea, these heinouscrimes and corruptions that I have named, bylegal consent, they shall be humbled by myjudgments until the more wicked are removedand the more righteous remain to search untotheir God, who created them, for more noble,exalting, and pure ways of abiding on earth inlaws that are righteous, acting on principles ofequity and justice, that all peoples may havefreedoms of worship and expression withoutbecoming a distress of unrighteous oppressionon other peoples.39. For I am God and have the right torule by right of creation, and because I havesuffered and conquered death, doing the will ofthe Father, saith Jesus Christ, whose sufferinghath atoned for all mankind to be raised fromthe grave and stand before thy God, even JesusChrist, who speaketh this message of warningand a call of repentance to thee.40. And you shall be judged in theresurrection for your works and deeds done inthe flesh on earth, and it shall be fulfilled as Ispeak.41. Oh, that you would heed my word, fornow I am expressing a judgment against NATOnations, that European nations of this nowaggressive coalition ofnat10ns shall be humbledby a conquering power;

42. And then cometh the overthrow of thatgreater nation, by my power of judgments, on acontinent of North America because she heedsme not and has COlTIlpted her way, yea, ripenedin iniquity, worthy only to be swept off the earthin a day ofgreater evils and violence and distressin her borders.43. And invading nations shall attack her,even that nation that boasts to be the great worldpower at this time, yet not acting on correctprinciple when invading other nations who havenot attacked her. It will not stand.44. And I, the God over all, can guide theevents ofnations, giving life and judging all whois worthy to continue upon the earth unto NewJemsalem's rise and my glorious appearancebeing known among you, yea, among all nations

of the earth.

45. I, the Lord, shall appear in my glory, andnothing can withstand my power.46. And I am justified in sending myjudgments to humble all nations, now havingsent forth my warning to the leaders of allnations.47. I am able to fulfill my word.48. Thus, as you see my words fulfilled inEuropean nations, becoming tributary nations,in general, to a greater power, humbled; whichconquering nation shall oppress them until theyrealize the God of heaven hath spoken, and theyare humbled by other judgments of my sendingbecause they heed me not and continue in thesewicked ways, having taken upon them pleasurein unrighteousness, destroying innocence,which the murder of unbom children is -- themost helpless of creations -- yet you heed menot, and judgments shall follow as you continuein these gross crimes, saith the Lord, until thynations are cleansed of all who uphold such evilpractices in their lives.49. For I am able to remove the more wickedand preserve the more righteous in every land,nation, kindred, and tongue, against the time ofmy coming.50. Therefore, heed my words, lest my fulljudgments come upon you.51. Let France know you have sinned greatlyagainst your God in being an aggressive nationnow, heretofore careful to not attack any othernation, save you were attacked first.52. 1 allowed your military to be strong.Now it shall be broken up and not of a strongnature, even to defend thine own borders.53. And you shall tremble when a greaterpower steps forth to conquer other nationson the European continent; for there shall bepestilences weaken thee to remove many of thewicked from thy land, humbling thy peoples.54. And I have named other judgments inmy words sent to thee.55. Italy shall be of a sparse population aftermany judgments come upon her for her grosswickedness.56. I, the Lord, have spoken to Spain to beof a peaceful intent, and not joinwith any nationin promoting war and violence against othernations. Heed my word.57. Let Bosnia and Serbia make peace, lesta war break out on the European continent thatcannot be contained, justifYing a greater power

to come against other nations in their own mindand thinking, even the leaders of that greaterpower who shall boast of military might;58. Yet, when she attacks my land of Zion,though she progress in battle, she shall be drivenback.59. 1 shall send judgments upon thatconquering nation over the European nationsthat comes against my land of Zion, until herpower is clipped.60. That is the day European nations willawake and see thy God hath spoken these truths,when you will begin to lend a listening ear, afteryou have been humbled to the dust in bondage,as tributary nations, and by other judgmentsremoving the more wicked from your lands.61. And then is the day I shall send mymessage of salvation from Zion, my NewJerusalem in the center place appointed on theAmerican continent, my Church and Kingdombeing preserved by my almighty power on earthto be messengers of salvation to the survivingpeoples in every nation on earth as I send them.62. Hasten to prepare!63. Humble yourselves by ferventrepentance.64. Some of my judgments ean be stayedif you will cleanse the inside of the platter anddestroy those laws that promote the murderof unborn children in your nations, and thatpromotes Sodom and adultery, and licentiousand immoral ways that leads to the murder ofunborn children and other evil practices.65. L the Lord, have spoken it.

66. And if you would have the survival ofyour nation through great judgments from Godand from invading nation coming against thee,heed my words, lest the full measure of justicemust be poured out upon thee for thy crimesand corrupt ways, and in some nations fewremain.67. I, the Lord, have foreseen these events,promoted by the powers of darkness amongyou, my pure word now being sent forthunobstructed; yea, the Lord God of heavenspeaking to the peoples of the earth:

68. Repent ye! Repent ye! for the day ofgreat judgments is upon you.69. Turn from your wicked ways thatcorrupt and destroy life, that destroys virtue andinnocence.70. Oh, that you would heed my word, for

1, the Lord your God, gave His life, sufferingmore than man can suffer to conquer death andbring about the resurrection, giving all mankindthe opportunity to earn eternal life if they wouldheed my message of salvation and obey my lawsand commandments.71. And though men and the peoples of theearth in many places ma y profess my name,if they obey not my words, they are not mypeople, many deceiving themselves that mereprofession that I am God is sufficient for themto earn salvation, and it is not so;72. For I, the Lord, have declared: If youlove me, keep my commandments. Do theworks of righteousness that I have revealed.73. And verily I say unto you, I restored myGospel and my Priesthood from heaven throughthe instrumentality of Joseph Smith, my servant;and he sealed his testimony with his blood as awitness against this wicked generation, and formy Church and Kingdom rising.

74. And I have continued my Priesthood,Church, and Kingdom upon the earth to this daythrough Prophets I have called and preserved,and some few peoples who would heed mywarning through them.75. And now my Church and Kingdomcontinues, and I am preparing the way for mymore pure people to receive me in the clouds ofheaven, and descend with me to earth again, toNew Jerusalem, being established in fulness asthe governing heavenly power, the governmentfrom heaven come to earth to reign over allnations and peoples.

76. And by my judgments upon you shallyou know I have spoken, because you heed me110t in a day of offered peace.77. Thus saith the Lord to those nations whoseek to invade my land of Zio11 in a day soon tocome:78. Though you may be permitted to helpcleanse my land of Zion of wickedness, youmust withdraw and not remain upon my landof Zion, or I shall send judgments upon you toweaken you and clip your power, and humbleyou to no longer be an invading nation.

79. And there shall be come upon youpestilence and famine, earthquake, and otherjudgments, even removing thine arnlies frommy land of Zion by great destructive elementscoming upon you, of thy God, to your knowingit has happened by the power of God, until you

\\ithdraw your invading armies from my landZion.80. And thus I have spoken and will fulfill,telling all peoples of every nation through this,my word given, what is soon to happen uponthe earth.

8! . NATO nations have now caused thy Godto withdraw His preservation and protectinghand from thee.82. Inward strife and fear of an invadingnation against thee shall cause many to succumbto her power, yea, even an invading nation thatboasted world conquest in past times.83. Her leaders shall be professing peace,yet promoting war, preparing for aggressiveactions against other nations.84. One of those among their leadershipshall rise, of a more aggressive nature, to comeagainst the European nations now united asNATO.85. And NATO shall be weakened and notable to defend herself, causing certain nations

to become tributary nations, and others to beinvaded with military might; and other nationson European continent humbled by pestilenceand famine and economic disaster as greatBabylon, yea, spiritual Babylon falleth.86. And there shall be sorrow in every landand nation of this alliance as your disunitycauses even eeonomic breakup among you, andyour prosperity be clipped.87. Thus I send forth my word that it maybe on record in every nation I have spoken of,yea, until all peoples of the earth shall knowthe word of the Lord hath been given of what issoon to come to pass because you would heednot my warning that I have sent to the leaders

an nations, even mine own word of recentgiving, publishing the same to the peoples ofthe earth, directing my corresponding lettersand publishings to the leaders of every nationof the earth, through my Church and Kingdomperforming that work in my behalf; whichChurch and Kingdom I shall preserve, thoughthey be a persecuted people by a wicked nation,and by the hands of traitors who turn againstthem, which traitors are corrupt themselves,accusing mine elect of evils.88. Yet, I shall preserve mine elect who obeymy laws, and prove them worthy of mine ownpresence and representatives of your God, soonto be sent as messengers of salvation to every

survlvmg nation after I appear in my glory,known to all nations as 1have prophesied.89. I, being a just God, send forth thesewarnings to the leaders of nations and thepeoples of all nations, to be justified in thatwhich must take place to humble thee, to ceasethese gross evils.90. For I am the God of salvation and knowhow to redeem mankind to a greater state ofpureabiding and holy ways of righteous governingpowers that are nobJe and that exalt mankind tothat higher state of intelligence and peace.91. 1 have given my life for the salvation ofall mankind, saith your Lord and Savior JesusChrist, if they would but heed my message ofsalvation.92. And 1 shall promote my Kingdom uponthe earth to be the governing city and nation,even the Kingdom of Son Ahman, who is JesusChrist, which Kingdom is Zion, of my revealingfrom heaven, and I and the angels dwelling onearth, guiding my Church and Kingdom uponthe earth to be the governing power over allpeoples.93. Thus shall I fulfill my word, and thus myword is sent to you, the leaders of nations andthe peoples of the earth, that you may know mytime is at hand.94. And I shall heal the brokenhearted, andraise up the poor, and comfort the needy, andbless those who labor with their might to makepeace and bless mankind through righteousprinciples.95. The earth shall reel to and fro as adrunken man in great earthquakes and otherdistress.96. The peoples of all nations shall fear, yet Ishall cause the more righteous to survive by mymatchless power, a power eternal in the heavensthat holds the earth in its orbit with exactness,that you might exist on earth by my grace, thatyou may learn my message of salvation if youwill; and heed my warnings and repent, andcome unto your God who made you, who cansave you unto an eternal salvation.97. And this is my pmpose in the creation ofthis earth, in allowing nations to rise; yet, it is Iwho have the right to rule by right of creation.98. And I have the governing power ofthe heavens to bring to ealih among men, topromote a thousand years of peace among allpeoples my Zion being established in fulness,

where thy God liveth and reigneth from on high clipped, until I alone am heralded as the rightfuland dwelleth among His people, His elect, who Ruler of the earth, the King of glory, descendinglove truth and righteousness, a revealing of thy from heaven in the clouds and power of myGod to the salvation of souls. might and glory, to be known among all peoples99. I speak with boldness to the leaders of as dwelling among His people Zion, and sendingnations: Heed my word! forth His message of salvation to all surviving100. Cleanse your lands. We, undersigned, give our names to the NATO nations and the peoples of the earth as awitness that verily these are the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, spoken through authority onearth, and that He is a God of truth, even our Lord and Savior, who hath redeemed all mankind andonly desires the salvation of all peoples; giving our names as witness to all peoples that these areverily the words of God.
