Our organizational assets come in the form of formalized documentation as

well as tacit knowledge held by team members. (over 300 years of collective

experience in our field!)

We can leverage SharePoint as a way to capture and share both.

Using SharePoint for Document Management will allow us to:

Manage a group of documents by providing tools to share and update files and to

keep people informed about the status of those files.

Enable controls over any new documents that are created from that site goingforward and can specify how the files on the current site behave.

Enable version control for documents and files that are frequently accessed or

frequently updated.
