The project focuses on reclamation of a brownfield which is situated along the Mississippi River and surrounded by de-industrializing urban fabric. Main strategies of the design are using topography, hydrology and vegetal differency to redefine the relationships between site and water, to envision a public landscape that balances program, circulation and infrastructural elements.
