1. SUMMARY Our goal is to communicate Isifa as a local partner of Shutterstock and support for its users and to build a good communication channel for the future. We have created a figure who´s name is Mr. Isifa and he represent a „human contact“ between Shutterstock and its customers. Mr. Isifa is imaginary person who is present in Shutterstock pages and accounts and offer a help to the users. He has his own FB and Twitter profile where the users (or potential users) can catch him and write him directly. He writes his educational blog about efficient ways of using of Shutterstock and sometimes he makes some cool video manual that is available on his Youtube channel. 2. WRITTEN SUBMISSION OF THE CAMPAIGN

Mr. Isifa is present on the pages and accounts of Shutterstock all the time. His presence is a symbol of presence of Isifa as a partner and support for the users.

Mr. Isifa is present in social networks like Facebook and Twitter in order to be closer to his clients. His profiles on this networks are his main communication channel.

One of the tasks of Mr. Isifa is to educate the users of Shutterstock and motivate them to use other services of Isifa and for this purpose Mr. Isifawrites his own blog.

Sometimes it is better to show something „in motion“ and therefore Mr. Isifa has his Youtube channel with educational content like video manuals.

WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION?

From the first entry onto the websites of Shutterstock the user is assisted by Mr. Isifa. He introduce himself as Czech support for the user and subsequently he offers some hints how to work more efficiently with the database or how additional services could be helpful for the user. He also offers his number to be called if some problem comes.

Other possibility how to contact him is use a chat on Facebook or Twitter where he has his profiles. These platforms are also used by Mr. Isifa for regular communication to his followers.

Mr. Isifa also creates his own educational content addressed to the users of Shutterstock. It consists of articles on his specialized blog or video manuals on Youtube channel. These materials also comprise a quality content to publish (and promote) on his FB and Twitter accounts.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Support for Shutterstock has a face!

Isifa as a new local partner of Shutterstock in Czech Republic is represented by imaginary person Mr. Isifa – the „human contact“ between Shutterstock and its users or potential users. Mr. Isifa is a basis of all other communication.
