Our key vendors have recognised our strategic importance to them. Citrix named us Worldwide Partner of the Year for EMEA. HPE awarded us Value Partner of the Year and we won Computing’s AI and Machine Learning Award for Best Use of Automation. Microsoft have recognised us as a Gold Partner for over 25 years and we have accumulated 12 Gold competencies spanning App Dev, Microsoft Azure, Data Management Business Apps and many more. As an indirect reseller, we’re strengthening our CSP offering by introducing a new customer portal to help customers maintain and report against their environments.

We invested heavily in developing in-house a new Autonomous Data Centre solution to improve consistency, speed and reduce costs for clients using cloud platforms. Starting with migration, we will take our clients on a journey, using varying degrees of automation along the way, to create an intelligent platform for their on-premise and public cloud services. For example, the solution allows businesses to migrate their workloads to cloud environments, automatically reducing costs by up to 50% and timescales by up to 30%.

Most exciting of all, we’ve been awarded Citrix Certification for our innovative IA-Connect tool which enables fast, secure automation of business processes through a Citrix environment. We’re also leveraging our expertise in automation and AI to provide clients with a new online platform for Automated UAT Testing to ensure business-critical applications are fully tested against Operating Systems updates before release.

We live and breathe automation and will continue to bring innovative solutions to market to enable clients to improve productivity, innovation and growth. Formed in 1990, Ultima Business Solutions has developed into a leading intelligent infrastructure and automation services company, focused on the provision of tailored solutions and services, including the design, deployment and support of complex IT solutions, based on industry leading technologies. Ultima's primary business objective is to further consolidate its position as one of the UK’s preeminent providers of IT Infrastructure and Managed Service solutions, with a particular focus on the provision of complementary technical services. Our turnover has grown to £123m, a growth rate which we have maintained for the past three years, and our client retention rate stands at 91%. Automation is now fully embedded and intertwined in everything we do at Ultima and for our clients.
