NAMS Jam admission is $4 per student, payable at thedoor. Doors DO NOT open until 7:00 pm and no student ispermitted to leave before 9:00 pm unless accompanied by aparent or guardian. Please note that these events endPROMPTLY at 9:00pm.

• The Recreation Department MUST have a copy of yourup to date clearances on file before you can volunteer ata NAMS Jam event. We have to keep our own record ofclearances, therefore, your school issued ID will notwork at NAMS Jam events.

Second Annual Gingerbread House Display & CompetitionCalling all Gingerbread enthusiasts! After a wonderful start last year, Bethel Park Recreation is excited to announcethat we are continuing our newest Holiday Community tradition – an annual Gingerbread House Display!Individuals, Families, and Community Groups are invited to enter their “masterpiece” in the Second AnnualGingerbread House Display.

All houses will be on display at the Bethel Park Community Center for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, takingplace on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. Judging will take place prior to the ceremony. The judges will beselected from the local community. Prize Ribbons will be awarded to the winners.

Display space will be limited. Please register by November 1, 2017 to reserve a spot foryour creation. All Gingerbread Houses will be accepted for delivery on Monday &Tuesday, November 27 & 28. Entry fee Donations will be accepted and disbursed to alocal charity, as yet to be determined.

For more information and instructions about entering your creation, display requirements,judging categories, and delivery dates/times, please stop by the Community Center to pick upan information packet available in early October.
