companies in Bangalore since 2000. Zed group has

presents its masterpiece ZED PEARL, in Domlur,

its concept from modern architectural ideas and

INTRODUCTION TO ZED PEARL01
CONCEPT
The building follows the next gen design philosophies which portray neat lines,
restricted colour palettes which will suit workspace design. Since the competition in
workspace design is immense, Zed Pearl will emerge as a unique building portraying
its façade of monochromatic shades blending with the interiors designed specifically
for IT/BT companies. The interior layout of this project tries to achieve the best design
aesthetically as well as functionally achieving maximum capacity of workstations. The
play of interior materials creates a fascinating impact towards ones work culture.
LOCATION
Zed Pearl is located in Domlur main road, it is about 500m distance from Domlur
flyover junction. It has a bus stop right opposite to the building, allowing employees
to commute on time and traffic free routes to MG road, Indiranagar, Koramangala
and Whitefield/Marathahalli.
SCALE
The floor plate of Zed Pearl is ideal for any small to mid size IT company who are
having employees scaling from 100 to 400. The major advantage of Zed Pearl is that it
is centrally located and suitable for companies who would like to be more
connected to the city in order to balance their work home and play.
INTENT
Zed Pearl intends to promote minimalism along with straight forward functional
design. The goal is to achieve simplicity and minimize extra costs without
compromising on modernistic design.

OWAIZ ARCHITECTS is a design firm based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The firm was established in January 2018 by Ar. Owaiz Ahmed. The firm is involved
in fields such as Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture and Urban
