According to the National Bank of Ukraine statistics the IT services export for Q2 2015 is reached USD 775 million.This is (+ USD 90 million) and thus 13,2% more than for the same period of 2014.

Public R&D currently employs about 135,000 people, which is 0.7% of the employed population of Ukraine.

Of these, 70 000 are research scientists:

o 16,000 Ph.D. Candidates (7600 in NASU,8400 in Universities )

o 4,000 doctors of science (2500 in NASU, 1500 in Universities )

o 50,000 various scientific and technical specialists without scientific degree ( 19 200 in NASU, 30 800 in Universities )
