What is BALIK BATERYA?

BALIK BATERYA is MOTOLITE’s flagship corporate social

responsibility (CSR) program which advocates proper disposal and

legitimate recycling of used lead acid batteries (ULABs) to protect the environment from toxic and

hazardous wastes.


Why support BALIK BATERYA?

At the end of their useful life, batteries are junked…

…and when IMPROPERLY disposed, ULABs can be HARMFUL to the environment.

Why RECYLE through PRI?

All collected ULABs are channeled to the country’s only ISO 14001 and 9002 certified, accredited battery recycler by DENR, the Philippine Recyclers Inc. (PRI) for proper recycling and waste disposal.
