Union led by as many as 17 points in the second half. By making 5-of-6 free throws in the final 35 seconds, Union was able to hold off a fierce West Alabama rally to earn the win. Union was led by Marterrace Brock with 21 points. Corieon Pearson added 16 points, while Ashan Day and Roy Bullock scored 10 points. Union is shoong 37 percent from 3-point range on the season, making 111 of their 295 3-pointers. Union ranked No. 1 in the Gulf South Conference in 3-point makes (111), aempts (295), and makes per game (10.6). Union ranks 7th in Division II in aempts, 7th in makes, and 14th in makes per game. Union has six players that have hit at least 10 3-pointers, and two player who have hit at least 20. Jordan Montgomery and Pedro Faller lead the way with 28 and 20 made 3-pointers respecvely.
