2020 Beginning Band Program

Dear Parents,

It’s exciting for us to be part of your child’s opportunity to learn to play a band instrument. Santana Bro’s Music in partnership with Central Instrument Company (CIC) is pleased to offer the best selection of band instruments to fit your budget, along with the convenience of ordering online or directly from the store. Most rental instruments are $8.95 for the first 2 months except alto saxophone which is $20.00. These special months also include repair insurance. The instrument will be available for pick up at our store. You can purchase any accessories needed at our store.

Simply follow the instructions below, or call us at either 216.661.4565 or 330.928.6000 for help in completing the process. You can also send an email to mail@cicmusic.com or info@santanabros.com for additional guidance.

1.RENT ONLINE: Go to the secure website at www.cicmusic.com. Click on RENTAL PROGRAM.a.Click on the “CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT” or LOGIN if you have already created an

account.b. Once complete, you will be taken back to the rental process where you will see an orange box:

Rent-to-Own Band. Click the box to rent a Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Alto Saxophone,or Percussion Bell Kit.

c. Please submit your online order as soon as you know which instrument your child will be playing.This will ensure prompt availability for the first lesson.

2.VISIT OUR STORE: 7415 Memphis Ave. Brooklyn, Oh. 44144. Located in the same plaza as Marcos Pizza. Hours are Monday through Thursday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

How to Rent:

3. Rent online at www.cicmusic.com. When it asks which school your student is at, pick AFFILIATE.

Once your rental application has been received and processed, your child’s instrument will be available at Santana Bro’s Music. We carry a full line of accessories and books. In order to guarantee availability for the first lesson, please be sure that you complete the rental as soon as your student knows which instrument they will play.

Rent-to-Own: After the initial trial period, you may rent your instrument by the month for as long as you need it. This plan may lead to eventual ownership but may be returned at anytime.

Return Option: You may return your instrument to Santana Bro’s Music at any time with no further obligation, provided your rental payments are current.

Exchange Option: During the first six months you may exchange to another instrument with no penalty and retain your equity.

Early Purchase Discount: At the end of the trial period you may purchase your instrument and receive a 30% discount off your balance! “No Worry” Maintenance Coverage: With the purchase of Replacement and Extended Maintenance Protection (REMP), we will do any repairs necessary to keep your instrument in proper playing condition. Bring your instrument to our store for quick and certified repairs.

Lease-to-Lease: After the initial trial period, the rate is listed above, where it will stay for the life of the lease. Return Option: Renew each month for as long as you wish to lease the instrument. You may return your instrument to Santana Bro’s Music at any time with no further obligation, provided your rental payments are current. Exchange Option: There is no additional charge to exchange for a larger instrument. All instruments remain the property of the lease company.

Purchase Discount: When your child is ready for a full-size instrument, all of the first year’s monthly fee and half of all the remaining monthly fee applies to the purchase of the full-size instrument. “No Worry” Maintenance Coverage: With the purchase of Replacement and Extended Maintenance Protection (REMP), we will do any repairs necessary to keep your instrument in proper playing condition.
