industrial park (which offers land and building tax payment exemption) and the

building permits are already secured. Negotiations are underway with several

companies who have shown their interest in our locations. Once the deal is final,

construction works can start.

Flexibility is the keyword in the way WDP handles space. Not only major

companies, in search of 2.500 m up to 40.000 m can find their ideal location, but

alsosmall and medium sized enterprises can be accommodated in several WDP sites.
