Total area: 1,82 ha in the urban settlement of Emilchyno, 275 km from Kyiv Production site includes 3 buildings: Mainline production (1080 m2) Finished products storage area (938 m2) Administrative office and amenity rooms (2 storied building) Two production lines: constructed (capacity 15k tons per year) and production line based on Kahl granulator (capacity 35k tons per year) 2 pelletizers (in inventory for planned expansion) with production capacity 5 tons per hour each

Pellet Energy Ltd is one of the biggest wood pellets (WP briefly) producer in Ukraine. Our plant is situated in the West part of
Ukraine, at the Zhitomirskaya region near to Ukrainian–Poland border. Please have a look at our website www.pellet-energy.biz
Our 1st production line has more over 700 tones of WP capacity per month, recently turned on 2d production line has more over
2 000 tones of WP per month. Source of the raw material are pine wood chips for both lines. The Plant has its own laboratory for
daily testing and controlling the input and output WP according to DIN test methods.
There are WP types we produce: 6 mm and 8 mm for household boilers systems.
Packaging and transportation: There are few types of packaging we are using for: polyethylene small bags 15 kg each (sb), thickness is 80 mk and
polypropylene big bags 1 000 kg each (BB).
Small 15 kg bags –
1 truck (21,6 mt netto weight) = 20 pallets on 72 bags weighing 15 kg (size of palates 1*1,2м)
1 truck (21,78 mt netto weight) = 22 pallets on 66 bags weighing 15 kg (size of palates 1*1,2м)
1 truck (21,9 mt netto weight) = 20 pallets on 73 bags weighing 15 kg (size of palates 1*1,2м)
1 container 40’F (26,145 mt netto weight) = 21 pallets on 83 bags weighing 15 kg (size of palates 1*1,2м), Weight of pallet is 25 kg.
Big bags (per 1 t) 1 truck = 22 Big-Bag (without pallets) 1 wood pallet (1,2*1,0 m) has 25 kg weight.
Company provides shipments under the FCA / DDU / FOB / CIF bases as well. FCA / DAP deliveries is carry out by automotive transport mainly
