INTRODUCING ACV SYSTEMS

The ACV Field Application is a versatile inventory and pack out system. Inventory is created onsite and assists with pack out. Your goal is do it once- onsite, while your time is billable. There’s no retyping of lists, deciphering

handwriting, or matching up of photos later. It is compatible with many different types of equipment but a tablet with an embedded camera and scanner are ideal.

Contents can be browsed, searched, or manually entered. Descriptions of pre-loss damage or special attributes can be hand written. The hand written notes are

digitized and added to your inventory.

Multiple photos can be added to each line. All the photos will be part of a PDF photo report you can create. At any point during the day, with internet, the inventory can be

sent back to the office and used in the ACV Office application.

The ACV Office Application is used for creating reports about the inventory, Care and Custody through barcode tracking, and documenting file

status.

 This application, unlike the ACV Field Application, is networked together on computers throughout the Office and in the warehouse. Data can be easily accessed as inventory/loss items are moved through the cleaning process. It is your choice to document as much or as

little as your company needs

Easy access to photos to see the actual item that was taken on the loss site.

You can also export the photos to a PDF Photo report. This puts all of the photos taken, onsite, in to one document that can easily be

sent to others to view. It gives you the Item Number, Item Name, the Location of where the item came from, and description that was

entered when the item was inventoried. (Such as pre-loss damage or special attributes.) See the next slide to see the photo report.

You can use the quick search box to easily find items in your inventory list as well as sort by any of the columns such as room,

item number, item name, etc.

The Package and Tracking portion of the ACV Office Application is used to track items or boxes of items through the restoration process. You can type or scan a item or box

barcode and the item is highlighted in the inventory list on the left side of the application. You can see the current status and any general information about the item. You can then

add notes as to what happened to the affected item. All the information is recorded so at any time the complete history of an item or box can be seen. It will show you who did it, when

it was done, and the notes that were added to the item or box. (See the next couple of slides.)

The Item List Package Viewer color codes by the current Action. The Actions are completely customizable.
