DescriptionZetaLube 206 is a versatile grease formulated with
synthetic fluid and additives including molybdenum di-
sulphide suitable for application on electric motors and all
types of bearings. In particular, it is recommended for
bearings operating at medium to high speeds due to its
unique properties of low friction coefficient and excellent
load-carrying capability.
Features and BenefitsExcellent load-carrying capacity combined with low coefficient of friction to maintain performance at high speeds.Exceptional adhesiveness – prevents greases from fling-off even at high speeds.Versatile applications – helps reduce inventory level of lubricating greases.Strong protection against rust and corrosion.Excellent shear stability and EP properties.Good resistance against water washout.Extends regreasing interval and reduces maintenance downtime – save money & time.
Recommended ApplicationsFor all types of plain, ball and roller bearings operating at medium to high speeds up to 400,000DmN.For small gears, bushings, rack and pinion, slides, joints, etc requiring greasing ap-plications.For electric motors, pumps, crushers, cranes, etc. operating at high (or low) speeds. Can also be used for general lubrication in the textile industry.

DescriptionZetaLube 207 is a synthetic based grease designed for
application on many parts and components such as
bearings, bushings, slides, guides, etc. Fortified with a
proprietary package of additives, it performs particularly
well for machinery / equipment exposed to high
temperatures, steam / moisture, water wash-off that are
common in most industries.
Features and BenefitsExcellent oxidation and thermal stability to protect parts and components against carbon residues build-up.Good adhesiveness to prevent “fling-off” of the grease from parts/components.Excellent film strength to provide protection against metal-to-metal wear and tear.Good protection against corrosion and water wash-off.Versatile applications – reduce inventory of lubricants.Extends machinery/equipment service life and reduces maintenance costs.
Recommended ApplicationsCan be applied on plain, roller, anti-friction, & ball bearings, rack & pinion, slides, universal joints, guides frequently exposed to water, steam, and high temperatures. Particularly suitable for use as general purpose grease for the processing department of textile plants.
