Work Experiences

I have, up to 08 years experiences in civil department as execution supervisor/engineer and QA/QC Inspector Civil in the field of building construction, oil and gas facilities in live and under construction plants.

Duties and Responsibilities as (QA/QC CIVIL) • Making Inspection Request for each activity according to ITP.• Have experience to make Request for Information (RFI) to Client.• Knowledge of doing inspection according to specification and scope of work.• Expertise in making material data submittal (MDS) to client for approval.• Know how to make Contract Document Transmittal (CDT).• Making Quality Verification Document and checking that on site as QA/QC Inspector with client.• Following Procurement Department regarding material Procurement status and pushing them to

procure material ASAP.• Inspecting the field activities such as excavation, foundation works, steel works concrete pouring,

masonry and finishing work.• To confirm to engineer that all checks on quality control sheets for the representative pour, have

been duly complete before requesting inspection for approval of the pour.• To receive concrete from batching plant and to place with proper compactions to required level etc.• To finish concrete surface as per standard requirements and arrange proper curing arrangements.• Check the detailed survey and Lay-out of structures before the execution of construction activities.• Supervision of Civil works, taking out Quantities, Quality Control of materials for use, Preparing

Progress reports.• Basic Knowledge about drawings reading and leading of manpower strength and solve the major

problems on site.• To ensure that all grade prepared and executed to the lines and levels necessary to achieve the

correct concrete profiles.• To ensure maintenance to correct formwork profiles, plumb etc. during and on after the concrete

work.• To ensure that all reinforcement in properly and securely fixed into position to prevent

displacement during concrete work and to maintain proper concrete cover.• To check that the formwork is clean, free from extraneous matter and the release agent has been

correctly applied• Assigned for the implementation supervision of different Trade foreman (Carpenter, mason, s/fixers)

to ensure high productivity and work will be done according to the drawings and specification requirement, quality control with high quality standard of finishes and ensuring work order & standard are completed in a timely and cost effective manner, weekly progress report to the construction manager. Daily reviews site drawings. Follows instructions with construction manager & consultants.

• Checking the strict implementations of the details and diminishing in slab and pedestal, distances of rebar and stirrups according to the approved drawings prior to casting of concrete.

• Preparing bar bending schedule.• Inspection of Expansion joint.• Checking all kind of materials before use.• Have knowledge of all highway tests on field for quality of highway.

• To ensure for removed forms are adequately cleared, maintained and stacked in for re-use as necessary.

• Coordination with consultant and architectures. Satisfy client requirements according to their need. Coordinated all building materials requirements on sites.

• Confers with staff and worker to ensure production and personnel problems are resolved.• Examines and inspects work progress, equipment and construction sites to verify safety and ensure

that specifications are met.

Resource Management• Coordinating with structural, mechanical/ electrical engineers, quantity surveyors & other

service consultants.• Coordinating with team of architects/interior designers working on various projects and

resolving bottlenecks.• Actively involved in applying for building & resource consent and getting approval of municipal

drawings from various statuary authorities.• Inspecting and then valuing completed work• Producing monthly cost & value reports, quarterly reports & cash flow information.• Developing strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors.
