Resümee ASCO 2016
PD1 - / PD - L1 Immuncheckpoint-Inhibitoren:
• Wirksamkeit schon bei Monotherapie bei vielen Entitäten (weitere Zulassungen)
• Ansprechraten ohne Selektion zu gering
• PD-L1 ist prädiktiv, aber auch PD-L1 negative profitieren
• Biologisches Verständnis als Grundlage für verbesserte Selektion wächst
• Kombinationen (v.a. mit anti-CTLA4 mab)mit z.T. sehr hoher Wirksamkeit
Zielgerichtete Therapien in (oft kleinen) molekularen Subgruppen:
• Nächstgenerations-Inhibitoren wirksam und lebensverlängernd
• Bezüglich neuer Targets eher kleine Fortschritte,
der Durchbruch v.a. bei den großen Entitäten (außer Lunge) steht noch aus
Big Data – Herausforderungen
