WHY BAUER MEDIA GROUP?• My magazine would suit being distributed by Bauer Media Group as it has a long

history in the industry, proving by figures that they can sell magazines. • They sell other music magazines, such as Q and Kerrang!. Q magazine is the

magazine I used most for inspiration for my own music magazine, so I believe there is a gap for my magazine.

• My magazine covers a wide range of genres, and so would fit with Q, who focus on rock/pop. This would compliment the nature of my magazine, The Beat, because it is a unique music magazine.

• They run online websites, radio stations and TV channels such as Box Television (part owned alongside Channel 4). This would allow my music magazine to have other options to branch out into other types of media if it is successful

• They have offices in countries all over the world, including USA, China, Australia and Germany, as well as many other places. This also gives my music magazine more prospects worldwide
