The Rosler group is the world’s leading supplier of surface finishing equipment and consumables.

Responsible for maintaining and growing east coast sales through work

with independent reps/distributors and direct sales. Customers included

industry leaders in medical, aerospace, automotive, and power generation

markets among others.

Reason for leaving: Company restructuring and downsizing due to economic conditions. My position

was one of several that were eliminated. Worked under three general managers in less than two years.

Territory Sales Manager 2004 -2008

Ritz-Craft builds off-site systems built modular housing. The company is one of the largest family owned

modular home builders in America. www.ritz-craft.com

Responsible for prospecting and establishing a network of independent

residential builders and developers throughout a five-state region (the largest single territory of anybody in the Ritz-Craft company.)

Also responsible for maintenance of accounts and ongoing training, development,

and consulting.

Created numerous sales tools and presentations for recruiting and training new builders.

Reason for leaving: For financial reasons, I left this position. All during my

tenure, the economy suffered the worst new housing market in history.

Dee-Blast Industries has been supplying the abrasive blasting market with quality equipment since 1967. Complete

Hired as a temporary position responsible for creating a

comprehensive sales and marketing plan and initial implementation.

Plan provided for a 33% increase in business with current customers

(Snap On Tools, Sears) and 50% growth with a national distributor

(Fastenal).

Also initiated talks with other regional distributors and a

major retailer (Lowe’s).

QS 9000 certified supplier of CNC machining, stampings,

and tool & die services to the auto and defense industry.

Responsible for all company sales and marketing activities. Increased customer base by 125% with OE’s and top tiered auto suppliers.

Solidified relationships with existing customers.

Served as project manager on several new projects maintaining budgets and timelines.
