We want your stay to be one that you will remember. We are very proud of our Resort and ask you to please follow our guidelines.

We’re here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know. If you had

a good time, please tell others. We hope you come back again soon!

• CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NooN

• SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph within the Resort and the Club.

• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am • PETS: We want to continue to allow pets in

our Resort. With that in mind, please adhere to the following rules: Pets are to be leashed and controlled at ALL times. Do not leave your pet tied up and unattended at any time. No pens on grass. Please help your pet stay away from all occupied sites. Do not allow your pet to urinate on any power pedestals, buildings, or any structure, furniture and all other personal property inside or outside the Resort. There is a 3 pet maximum per site. See complete Pet Policy on channel 2.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their own pets everywhere.

•CLUB @ BUCKHORN AREA: These are private sites intended for the personal use of Club Members and their guests only. Access is limited to them.

• OPEN FIRES: No open ground fires at any time. Fires in approved containers only.

• LAUNDRY & RESTROOMS: Open 24 hours a day, except for cleaning. Dishwashing is not permitted in the laundry or restroom facilities. Children are to be accompanied at all times. We keep our restrooms clean — please do your part to keep them that way. Let us know of any condition requiring attention. NO WASHING OF PET BLANKETS, AND NO CLOTHESLINES OR RACKS OUTSIDE.

• RV/VEHICLE WASH: Schedule in Office.• No bike / trike / scooter riding / surrey

cart ON GRASS OR AFTER DARK.

• ADULT FITNESS CENTER: Available 24 hours a day for guests ages 18 and over. Check with Office for access code. Please wipe down equipment when done.

• TABLES: No barbecue grills or citronella candles on tabletops. Guests will be responsible for damage.

•GARBAGE & TRASH: Please keep a clean campsite. Curbside pickup is provided in the Resort. Trash must be placed in plastic bags and securely tied. Place trash in front of your site for pickup by 10:00 am daily. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT.

• FISHING: Our lakes and ponds are all stocked and available for catch and release fishing only. No license required. No fishing from Club bridge. Fishing permitted Dawn to Dusk. No night fishing allowed.

• TENTS: NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED IN THE RESORT AT ANY TIME.

•SWIMMING POOL/SPA: Hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. No lifeguards are provided, and children ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All persons use the pool at their own risk. Please remember — no glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Swimming in pool areas only.

•PLEASE BE SAFETY CONSCIOUS: We are not responsible for loss or injury from fire, floods, theft, tornadoes, falling trees or electrical failures. Observing these few simple Resort guidelines will make your stay (as well as your neighbor’s) a pleasant one.

• GUIDELINES FOR MOTORCYCLE RIDERS: See page 10.

•SEWERS: Air and watertight connections are required at each end of the sewer hose.

Guidelines for…MOTORCYCLE RIDERSTo ensure that the rights and expectations of our guests who enjoy the RV lifestyle in other ways are respected and achieved, we have established the following guidelines for motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, etc. Or, stated another way, if it has wheels and a motor and you can sit on it, these guidelines apply.• Park only on your site. Visitors to your site are

not to park on the street, vacant sites or the grass at any time.

• Ride from your site directly out of the Resort to the public road. Always observe the speed limit, which means at idle without intermittent racing or “burping” the engine. Excessive noise or speed will not be tolerated.

• Do not cruise streets of the Resort.• Groups, please assemble at the main gate and

not at the site of a member of the group.

State Seal: Since the earliest days of Texas, a five-pointed “lone star” has been prominent among Texas symbols. The state seal, adopted as part of the 1845 state constitution, features the lone star encircled by olive and live oak branches. The Congress of the Republic of Texas adopted the lone star as its seal in December 1836 and added the olive and live oak branches in January 1839.
