Budget Plan (Research, Training and Networking Costs) The budget plan must include all planned costs incurred during your entire research project so that the feasibility of your research idea can be assessed. The actual costs can later be adjusted in the course of the project in terms of timing and amounts. Consider that the maximum amount of research and training costs of 800,- EUR per person and month cannot be exceeded. However, the monthly allowance can be pooled for larger expenses.
