Annual General Meeting of the Bungendore
Public School Parents & Citizens Association.

cant at the AGM. Nominations for positions
will be taken and a ballot held.

Come and help P&C get underway and sup-
port the children and staff of our school.

If you have an idea for a stall, please get in

So far we have stalls for curries, bbq, cakes,
home produce, 2nd hand books, cold drinks
and lucky dips.
Teachers will be organising games stalls.
Requests for donations and volunteers to
help on stalls will come home in a week or
two.

in the community; responsible for running P&C
meetings; and communicating P&C issues to
the Principal

The Secretary carries out the admin tasks relat-
ed to decisions at the meetings; issues notice of
all meetings; and maintains official records of
the P&C Association

that all funds held and handled by P&C mem-
