Laura Diaconescu

I have been in AIESEC between 2007 and 2011. I worked for a year with Ericsson as Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Experts and for the last year I have been working with Electrolux as a Global Communication Specialist. Both roles in Stockholm, Sweden.

I'm originally from Brasov, where I grew up most of my life with my parents and my older brother. I have spent most of my summers in a small village next to Cluj with my grandparents and that is till today an important part of my life.

I have stepped on almost all the continents, travelling for sure thought me a lot of things but mostly appreciating the beauty of differences and the value of genuine connections.

I am sure that RYLF will contribute to me in a lot of ways that I am not even aware of at the moment and discovering that is part of what gets me excited. Let's make sure we individually and together make the best out of this.

Vijay Sunny Chaitanya

I have been in AIESEC between 2004 and 2011. I am currently working with Electrolux as Global HR Project Specialist.

I'm originally from India but have been living and working in Europe for the past 5 years. Most of which have been spent in AIESEC. I have had the opportunity to travel around the world and lead international teams through my time in AIESEC. Through this time I have gone through a personal journey by exploring places and cultures which have helped me define myself. You will learn a lot more about me when you see me at RYLF. Looking forward to seeing everyone and hope that we learn from each other.
