Shandong Yihe rubber conveyor belts Co.,Ltd was established in 1971, is a subsidiary of

Shandong Energy group (FORTUNE GLOBAL 500 ENTERPRISES).The company is located in

Zaozhuang, Shandong, China, the hometown of railway guerrillas, which has abundant resources and

convenient water and land transportation, and adjoins to Qingdao port, Rizhao port and Lian Yungang port.

The company is a state-owned modern enterprise, which is invested by Shandong Energy Zaokuang group,

belongs to Shandong Energy group. With the six mining bureau markets (within shandong energy group) as

the backing, the company has a rich supply and service experiences in coal, steel iron, electric power,

cement and many other industries.

Shandong Yihe is one of the largest manufacturers in China, which covers an area of 4.1 million square

meters and total investment is 400 million RMB. It has more than 1600 high-qualified workers, including 90

professional and technical R&D talents. Relying on the advantage of self-provided power plant and rubber

plant in Thailand, Bayi tyre, provincial-governed technical center, advanced national-level laboratory, the

conveyor belts, Multi-ply fabric (EP/NN/CC) conveyor belts, Solid woven belts (PVC/PVG conveyor belts),

Quality Assurance Commitment

The company always follow the principles of “customer first, quality first”, receiving the unanimous

acclaim from the domestic and foreign customers.It strictly enforce the ISO9000 quality management

system.During the equipment warranty period, defects caused by design, manufacture, process, materials

and other aspects,the company will replace or repair free of charge, till meet the requirements of equipment

performance.

1.Supervising

During the period of conveyor belts manufacturing, the buyer can send officials to supervise, the company

will provide all the convenience and cooperate according to the requirements at any time.

2.Packaging

The packaging uses UV protection packaging materials which is imported from South Korean,we can also

packaging according to customers’ requirements.

3.Transferring

According to GB6757-1986 Conveyor Belts--Guide to Storage and Handling, matching with lifting and

hoisting facilities to facilitate transport installation.

4.Marking

According to FRENCH NF47-119 Standard, implement the instructions of products shipment. The head

parts of the products hold the inspection certificate or the packing list.Packing marks for each roll contains

model, specification, type and other marks to facilitate the execution.

5.Certificate of Quality

Providing the company’s inspection report or national quality inspection report when shipped.

6.Acceptance Criteria

According to MT914-2008 Standard and inspection rules to check and accept.Size of conveyor belts

according to GB/T4490-1994 Standard to check and accept.

7.Installation and Debugging

In the process of installation and debugging,we provide technical support for free, including provide

communication and technical date of belt joint process specification to the constructors.



8.After-sales Service

Wholeheartedly to do pre-sale, medium-sale and after-sales services.Within the territory of China, the

company will response within 2 hours after receiving buyer’s notification, and will dispatch professional

after-sales personnel to the buyer's construction site within 24hours.

2.Medium-sales Service

The purchase of raw materials should satisfy customers’ requirements and the products manufacturing

progress should timely inform to customers.The company will provide all the convenience to customers on

supervision and experiments.

According to ISO9001 Quality Assurance System, strictly manage each link of the production.

3.After-sales Service

According to the provision of the contract, the marketing department will provide maintenance, joint,

installation and debugging service as well as relevant technical guidance to customers. Service personnel

must strictly carry out operation rules, to ensure the quality of joint to up to par, and fill in the “conveyor

belt technology service archive table” for keep.

Marketing department is responsible for granting new product opinionaire to customers to track the usage

of product, and ask for comments about the products, then feedback to design development department.



Within the territory of China, for customers’ complaining or consulting, after-sales service personnel

should fill in “customer opinion registration form” and response within 12hours. Besides, the company

should dispatch professional after-sales personnel to the buyer's construction site to view the products,

analyze the reason and providing processing opinion within 48 hours. Fill in the “product quality

investigation and handling opinion list” then return to archive.

Production Equipment &Testing Equipment

1.Production Equipment

According to “quality first,customers first” aim, we purchased advanced production and laboratory

equipment.

The vulcanizing machine linked production line for flameproof steel wire core conveyor belt is purchased

from Qingdao Beihai Machinery Co.ltd. To achieve mold by continous tension and meet the requirements of

vulcanization technology.

Adopt England Fenner’s technology to produce PVC/PVG flame-resistant whole core conveyor belt ,

standard the most advanced technology in domestic market. Cover rubber and impregnating paste core are

vulcanized directly under the high temperature, has high adhesive and long life. Adopt advanced national

knife coating process, 3 times skim-coating and 4 times plasticization to ensure thickness of the belt, good

soaks of rubber and good plasticization .

Plasticization box adopt electrothermal tube, compared to other factories which are in same line, ours

plasticization box is more wider and longer which can increase the valid heating area and have better

plasticizing effect.

Adopt constant tension rolling manners then can make the products neat and tidy.



Measure the width, thickness, length automatic, and adjust, control the production of the belt timely to

ensure the interior and appearance quality of the belt .

2.Testing Equipment

Technology development ability and quality control system

1) Technology development center is responsible for products inspection, products development,

technology improvement, new material application etc. Now we have 37 technical person., wherein, 3 have

senior title and 12 have middle title. Have more than 50 sets variety laboratory testing equipment and have

complete laboratory analysis and physical, safety testing equipment, can meet the requirements of new

products, development. We have the ability to produce products according to client’s different requirement,

can supply full range of professional service such as design, manufacture, installation and adjustment.

2) Advanced testing equipment , complete testing manners

a : Raw material testing in factory

We have 6 sets of different kinds electric-light analytic balance, 2 sets of softening device, 1 set of sulphur

content testing machine, 1 set of centrifuge, 3 sets of Electric Nominal Drier, 1 set of shuanghantian black

carbon press, 3 sets of water bath. 3 sets of high-temperature furnace, have all kinds of equipment that can

test all Physical and chemical indexes of the raw material.

b: Product formula identification

The laboratory has 2 sets of mini type mixing machine, 3 sets of flat vulcanizing machine. 2 sets of rubber

sheet tension testing machine and equipped with advanced oxygen index testing machine. Can test the

flameproof performance and all technics index accurately.

c: Control of product process

Full-time cycling inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection staff, equipped with portable thickness

gauge, Hardness Tester, Pull-tab machines, which can ensure every process.

d: Terminal product inspection

For physical performance testing, we have 2 sets of electronic universal tensile testing machine, For

safety performance testing, we have 1 set of rotating cylindrical drum devices, 1 set of cylindrical friction

device and 1 set of resistant testing machine.

3 ) According to the ISO 9001's management system, organizing the production and controlling the

quality. Techincal department quality control department is in charge of the product design and

manufacturing process quality control．After sales department is in charge of technical consulting and the

installation. Adjustment of the connectors. From the source of material, raw material testing to product

formula, product process control , product performance inspection analysis, Commodity Warehousing to

quality after-sales, all have strict rule and Operation Regulation. Every ling can perform seriously , control

strictly, to ensure both product qualify and service quality.
