Many years of experience in the legal and tax structuring/ execution of projects, especially in the area of renewable energy;
Worked in Legal and Tax Departments of midsized companies and corporations in Germany and Luxemburg, previously responsiblefor Legal and Tax Affairs with an international Financial Advisory firm, responsible for including the operative management of solarparks;
Currently responsible for leading business operations in Zug as well as the handling of projects and project structures.
Thomas SeibelGeschäftsführer (CEO)
Many years of experience in banking and energy projects, 10 years before re:cap in various management positions with RWE;
Worked as Risk Controller in an investment bank and before joining re:cap responsible for the international Biomass and Windenergy projects with RWE Innogy;
Currently responsible for the selection and acquisition of projects as well al the strategic internationalization of re:cap businessoperations.
Thomas StaudingerGeschäftsführer (CLO)
Many years of experience in the structuring of alternative investment funds and SPVs and relating transaction advisory services forrenewable energy projects;
Previously worked with two big audit firms in the areas of Financial Services, Senior position within legal department of a Private-Equity fund and a German based Asset Manager company;
