How does it work? Who is eligible? You must be 18 or over but there is no upper age limit.

We can help if you are 18+ and affected by

We also support older people and family carers.

Can my organisation help?

You can contact us directly (details overleaf) or be referred via another agency.

You may want to know about services that you need or activities you want to get involved with. Our job is to find out what is available, not to advise you what to do; it’s your choice and we are here to help.

We will match you with a local volunteer who has been police-checked and trained. They can meet you in your home, locally or at a drop -in session. Things become much clearer over a cup of tea!

We provide information for you to choose how best to maintain your independence.
