Di cosa parleremo
In questo convegno saranno presentati quattro interventi proposti
all’EMEA Congress 2018 di Berlino del Project Management Institute.
In una presentazione molto tecnica, Maria Cristina Barbero ci
spiegherà i linear scheduling methods applicati non solo a progetti nel
mondo software. Dalla tecnica al mondo della strategia e leadership:
Stefano Setti parlerà di augmented project management e della sfida
che tutti noi dobbiamo affrontare vivendo e lavorando in un mondo
VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous). Paola Mosca ci
farà volare in Brasile per raccontare la sua esperienza di project
manager italiana alle prese con un progetto internazionale in un
ambiente interculturale. Infine Dario Morandotti e Dalia Vodice ci
illustreranno alcuni aspetti della servant leadership come emergono
dalle parole dei professionisti che hanno intervistato sul tema.

Maria Cristina Barbero, PMP, PMI-ACP
Director of Project Management Center of Excellence
Engineering Ingegneria Informatica
Since January 2017 Maria Cristina is in charge of the Project Management Center
of Excellence of Engineering. This Center aims to cultivate knowledge in project
management, keep together in a single unit Engineering's professionals with the
most mature expertise in Project Management, and exchange ideas and practices
with clients and other vendors in order to collectively improve Project Management
practices in the market. She has always enjoyed teaching and training – more or
less 10% of her time – and she is the creator of the 2006/2015 Engineering Project
Management Training Program and the trainer for 400 Engineering PMPs. She is
actually a member of the PMI Member Advisory Group for Standards where there
are six professionals from all over the world who supervise the evolutionary
strategy of the PMBOK®, the PMI Standards, and the PMI Practice Guides. Maria
Cristina is a professor in Project Management at the University of Padova
Engineering Faculty, Master in Project Management and Innovation
(http://www.masterinnovazione.org/). She is a recognized examiner for the new
Italian Certification in Project Management: ICT Project Manager UNI 11506:2013.

Stefano Setti is CEO and Founder of BLUPEAK Consulting and a past Technical
Director at Blulink, a software company leader in Quality & Compliance systems.
He is a consultant and coach in Innovation, Project & Portfolio Management,
Business Analysis & Requirements Management, Risk Management, and is
currently a Contract Professor at University of Parma, teaching Innovation Models.
He has been an International Congresses presenter, expert in topics such as
Organizational Agility, Business Transformation, VUCA and Extreme project
management, Science of Complexity and Project-related disciplines.
PMP, PMI-RMP certified, LIMC Alumni. PMI Northern Italy Chapter President after
15 years volunteering.
Authors of books (Process & Project Integration; The Language of the Project).

Paola Mosca, PMP
Project Manager
Paola has a degree in physics and started working in a famous Italian company,
Olivetti in the 1980s. Today we call that period IT archaeological time. She started
as a programmer, working with a small group dedicated to the first prototypes of
industrial automation. It was a fantastic experience. She understood that work
involved her a lot.
During the following years she managed many important and challenging projects
working with prestigious ICT Italian and international companies.
She led small and large teams, learning and teaching the great importance of the
soft skill.
She gained life experience working in England and in Brazil. During the period
where she stayed in these countries, she had the opportunity to more deeply
understand the issues of intercultural differences and the problems to achieve
success.
She certificated in PMP in 2003 and collaborated at the birth of the chapter in
southern Italy in 2004. She continues to take part in the chapter activities with
passion and renewed enthusiasm.

Dario Morandotti, PMP
Principal Consultant
Dario Morandotti is a believer in passion - personally and professionally - in
intelligence, in courage and wisdom of the team. He has the privilege to work with
scary smart people - either colleagues, friends, clients and partners - who are
solving hard problems and change the way they work, questioning the status quo.
As consultant, facilitator, program lead and scrum master his work is to help
people and organizations to innovate new products and processes.
He has matured in depth knowledge of the manufacturing, energy, consumer good
& food, life science & medical device industries - where he contributed and led
initiatives, from business and information system perspectives, in innovation, new
product development, digital engineering, PLM and project/program management
domains.
Dario Morandotti has an Engineering & MBA background, a Project Management
Professional (PMP)® credential and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential.
He is an advocate for multi-disciplinary & system integration, Agile and iterative
discovery, digital twin, trust-based and sharing economy.

Dalia Vodice, PMP
Trainer & Coach
Dalia Vodice has 15 years of experience in project management, consulting and
training. She manages projects often involving a large number of stakeholders and
acts as a coach for team members, facilitating communication and knowledge
transfer. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by Project
Management Institute and is Marketing & Communication Director of the PMI –
Northern Italy Chapter. She has been admitted to LIMC 2018. She is certified as a
coach by Coaching Development (London). She holds an M.A. in Philosophy from
the University of Trieste and a diploma in piano from the Conservatory of Trieste.
