MOOcs and Forum – as from January• MOOCS: Classrooms themed courses, based on
the model of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), offered weekly.
• Open to an unlimited number of learners. • Video recordings of previous lectures • Registration for MOOCs starting from 12 January
2015 • First MOOCS in all languages except Dutch start in
the week of 19 January 2015.
• Forum: allows learners to support each other, facilitates collaborative learning, and moderated by tutors who provide learning tips and answer questions posed by participants of mobility.
• Learners are able to exchange on the OLS Forum starting from 12 January 2015.
Tutoring – expected for February Available once there is a minimum of 50 students
active in a given target language and level
Available for 3 levels (A=A1+A2, B=B1+B2,
C=C1+C2)
A pool of 80 tutors across the current 6
languages
Questions treated within 24h
Tutorial groups of 1 to 6 participants
Tutoring sessions can be either thematic or free

From NAs to BEN
Licence allocation from NAs to BENs in 2015
• All (100%) participants using one of the languages available through OLS as the main language during their volunteering (except native speakers) must take the assessments.
• Compulsory as of January 2015! Only for projects granted at 1.10.2014 deadline!

Licence allocation by NAs to BEN in 2015
AssessmentsAll participants using one of the languages available thorugh OLS as their main language during volunteering (except native speakers) have to take OLS assessments. Access is given also in cases where need is not indicated in the application form. Assessment is compulsory for mobility participants, and it is not a grant.
Language courses
OLS licence for a language course is given in the cases where it has been applied for and approved during the evaluation process. Courses are not compulsory and ARE considered a 'grant in kind'.
