+ One would be Learning Advisory Group time. • This would be ‘inquiry’ or project based learning time. • Still with the same group of students. • Still building upon those rich ‘life’ conversations. • Still primary contact person with family/whanau.

+ One would be Essential or Enrichment. • Essential – areas where ‘below’ the level. • Enrichment – e.g. Advanced Science or Aussie Computer Comp.

+ Two would be Passion (doing what they love or what teachers love). • These are not necessarily just sports.• Could be hobby or interest things. • These would be a term long commitment.• Could be long and include interval if needed.

Pro’s – less pressure on external community resources (e.g. Squash Club) - less pressure on internal resources (e.g. Advisories in library/labs) - deans have access to year levels.

Con’s – upper and lower school - restricted attendance at full school deeps (e.g. production or kapahaka)
