Message from our Managing Director

My dear Colleagues,

I am glad that our company is bringing out a Monthly News Letter - "Breeze" since 1st March, 2010 as a tool to communicate among SCUFians , knowledge sharing

and building up inter-personal relationships.

It is my pleasure to meet you all thro' this column in

the News Letter and introduce my self to all of you.

At the outset let me take the opportunity to greet you all for your fantastic efforts in making SCUF as the fastest growing NBFC in the country. Kudos to all of you for maintaining the asset quality with the blistering

pace of growth.

The support team of accounts/back-office/operations/FI/Legal and credit deserve special praise for giving

timely inputs and backup for the frontline team.

Of course all this is possible because of our best in the industry Finance Team and thanks to them we are able

to go on expanding volumes.

As you are all aware, we are in the close end of first half of FY 2013. I know that the team will be busy in

closing on out the targets for the half year.

Expanding the business base and recovering the dues simultaneously are the twin side of the coin to strengthen the business growth both horizontally

and vertically.

I wish you all the best in your efforts in totality.

I am glad to inform you that shortly we will be coming out with the 2nd public issue "Secured Non-convertible Debentures" (NCDs.) of face value of Rs.1000/- each to the tune of Rs.500 Crs. in aggregate. (Subject to approval from the authorities

concerned).

I fondly hope to repeat our performance in this

" issue " also, as we did last time.

The confidence that We, "ShriamCity " have created in the minds of the clients and public in general, will pave way for our success to grow

further.

This confidence among the investors, financial

institutions, customers and general public has been

created over the last 35 years by the tireless efforts

and sacrifices of our colleagues. It is something

that we need to treasure and maintain the high

standards set by them.

I would like to once again reiterate that for us to survive and keep growing in this extremely competitive market we need to keep repeating to

ourselves one mantra “ Customer is the King

and he is always right ”.

I wish you all good luck for better performance and

good results.
