- Select where you want to focus your career.
- Look for the opportunities that can help you build in these areas.

- Engage with these people. Don’t be afraid to contact them to discuss how they got to where they are today.
- These people are going to be excited to share their stories with people looking to enter the industry.

- In each position you are in as you begin to gain experience, work on that “big idea”.
- Be involved in the process as much as possible. Step up to the plate on the project.
- Never believe that if you are a Junior Strategist you cannot come up with an amazing solution.
