Rôle : En charge de l’évaluation des membres et de la planification des
formations.

-Veiller à la participation de tous les membres aux LC meetings
-Mettre à jour la base de données
-Renseigner le tableau de présence pour chaque lc Meeting
-Elaborer le programme de formation des LC meetings proposant les formateurs
-Gerer la base de donnée du LC FUPA
-Suivre le Talent Minimum

Rôle : Il est en charge de faire des recrutements et de la motivation des membres

Role:in charge of LC internal information flow , it must ensure that all LC members are informed in real time about all informations circulating in AIESEC FUPA and the brand culture in AIESEC FUPA . Also ensure that the members will take part massively to all LC activities and external main activities to develop members competencies. Responsibilities:

Send SMS about different teams activities Responsible to coach projects team and OC about the quality of their information content Ensure that members be called 48 hours before the LC meeting Inform members about all LCs principals activities Inform members about special events which can empower their knowledge of (forums , seminars , conferences , exhibitions, Talks show ... ) Relaying information from all teams Logistics manager during LC meeting Relaxations activities organizing for the team Mark & Com List members needs in trainig Raise 02 NGOs for iGCDP Raise 02 EPs for OGX ensure that Team Mark and Com in each OC and projects generate revenue Measure of success: 100% of members must receive LC information, 90 % of members must participate in committee activities, 100% of OC and project team must know how establish a communication plan, Provide a report on principal events and activities involving Member 100% of LC meeting must have the necessary logistics installed on time Raise 02 NGOs for the team iGCDP Raise 02 EPs for the team OGX Each team Mark & Com in OC or project must generate at least 50 000 F
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION Role: In charge of information flow established between AIESEC FUPA
and all his external environment. He represents the bridge between AIESEC FUPA and outside. filter all information coming out of AIESEC FUPA and informs about all events
happens outside. Responsibilities: Keep a monthly calendar of the major activities of MC and other LCs Keep a diary of events which can empower members competences Represent VP Mark and Com during MC and LCs principals activities and events
