• 48 well in a 384 well format (5-20ul rxn volumes).
• +/-0.1°C, typically x5 better than standard block based system.

• Eco Study to allow pooling of multiple plate runs and analyse as one experiment.

Thermal system – The Block
• Hollow fluid filled silver block anodised with gold.
• Unparalleled uniformity (+/- 0.1 degrees at 95degrees).
• Brushless drive motors.
• XLL (extra long life) single peltier unit, which gives the uniformity and the 384 well format of the block, combined with the 5.5degrees/sec ramp rate make the Eco™48 very fast.

Adaptive LED Control (ALC)
ALC is a proprietary firmware algorithm that normalises variation in fluorescence across all 48 wells of the Eco™ plate at each cycle of a run.

- Increase Sensitivity by adjusting exposure for low
detection level
- Maximizes the linear range of emission detection to get

Highlight Thermal Uniformity
The Eco™48 has the best temperature uniformity of any blocked based system (+/-0.1degrees) requiring you to run fewer replicates.
The Eco™ is capable of running 40 cycles in 40 minutes.
The combination of duplicates and faster run times gives the Eco™ a fast run rate (samples/hour) compared to a standard 96 well system.

• On a 96-well instrument WITHOUT good thermal uniformity
5 point std curve and NTC in triplicates = 18 wells
78 wells left = 26 samples with triplicates
• 48 well Eco™ WITH EXCELLENT thermal uniformity
5 point std curve and NTC in DUPLICATES = 12 wells
36 wells left = 18 samples in duplicates
• Define that plate as mother plate in Study software then: No need to run the Std curve again
Two plates = 24 more assays total!
Using same total 96 wells , you can actually interrogate a total of 42 samples on Eco™ compared to 26 on a 96-well instrument.
