The MV and MVA Air Duct Burners for natural gas and LPG allow you to fulfill your specific heat generation needs, offering capacities between 80.000 BTU/h and 24.000.000 BTU/h, with a wide range of models. The MV and MVA Air Duct Burners have been specially designed to work as direct hot air generators in air ducts.

Applications.

• Air Heating in all kinds of industrial processes. • Cereal driers. • Spraying systems. • Paint ovens. • Cloth polimerization processes. • Driers for fruits, vegetables, mineral and

chemical products. • Airing chambers. • Photo: PMMA forge accelerator.

Construction.

• Models with fan (MVA) and without it (MV) to be used within air flows with speeds between 15 and 25 m/seg. Alternatively, they can be made to suit specific requirements.

• Progressive distribution of gas outlets, which made possible the modification of the gas flow without the change of the mixed air volume, thus achieving a gas modulation between 5% and 100 %.

• IP55 type control panel, fully suitable for open air use, with on/off lights, and provided as a part of the burner or connected to it and to be located at a distance. Equipped with fastening supports which can suit the customers' specific requirements.
