Dear Parents / Carers,

As you may be aware, we are holding our annual Summer Fayre on Saturday 11th July 2014 between 11am and 1pm. As in

previous years, there will be a variety of stalls, games and activities for all of the family to enjoy. The Ingleby Mill Summer

Fayre has only been a success due to the generosity of your donations and so we are really hoping for the same level of

support again this year. Below is a timetable for any of your very welcome contributions to be brought into school.

Soft toys, toys and books Second hand toys, games and books in

good condition

From the week beginning:

Monday 22nd June

Raffle and Tombola Prizes Gifts, wines, spirits, confectionary

etc.

From the week beginning:

Monday 29th June

Plants Thursday 9th July, Friday 10th July and

Saturday 11th July

Cakes Cupcakes, biscuits, larger cakes etc. Thursday 9th July, Friday 10th July and

Saturday 11th July

This year we are also offering the opportunity for small businesses to rent a stall (table) for 20 plus a small raffle prize

donation. The type of stalls we are anticipating on the day are home crafts such as candle making, cards or jewellery.

We would appreciate your involvement, even if its just a few hours on the day of the Summer Fayre. Please return

the slip below to indicate whether you are able to help or not.

Tickets are available from the school office Adults 1 and children are free. Remember to bring your ticket with you on

the day as all adult tickets purchased will be placed into a raffle for a prize which will be drawn on Saturday 11th July.
